We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson whose primary responsibility will be recruiting new realtors to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, particularly in cold calling, and a passion for building and expanding a network of real estate professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential real estate agents through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Engage in cold calling to actively recruit real estate professionals to join our firm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits, effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities available.
- Conduct interviews, explain our company's value proposition, and guide potential recruits through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify and attract top talent.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential recruits.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Qualified leads will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
