**Job Summary**:
The Part-Time Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for general maintenance and repair tasks within our Coworking offices. This includes mounting shelves/artwork and TVs, patching and painting walls, light repairs, and other tasks to support the upkeep and functionality of the space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mount and install office items (whiteboards, TVs, shelves, signage, etc.)
- Patch and paint drywall and walls as needed
- Perform minor repairs (e.g. furniture fixes, door adjustments)
- Assemble furniture and assist with office reconfigurations
- Respond to ad-hoc maintenance requests from staff and members
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment during and after tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in general handyman work or property maintenance
- Strong skills in mounting, patching, and painting
- Ability to use basic power tools and hand tools safely
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move light-to-medium weight items
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Work Schedule**:

- Approximately 10-15 hours per week
- Flexible hours, with occasional availability for urgent requests
