**PURPOSE OF THE** **ROLE**:
As part of the retail team you will ensure that each and every person visiting the brewery is treated with the same small-town hospitality that Creemore is famous for. You will provide friendly and knowledgeable service in a very welcoming environment.

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Flexible Schedule required as weekend work will be needed
- 3-4 shifts per week

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Representing the brewery and its products in an energetic and professional manner
- Assisting with Sales and Tours in the On
- Site Retail store
- Stocking merchandise shelves and beer fridge several times daily
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly service to all customers
- Answering phones and performing basic administrative duties
- Handling cash/POS system and maintaining till float
- Provide Beer Sampling and assist in the education of guests

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Smart Serve Certificate Required
- Must possess excellent Public Relations skills and be of a friendly and co-operative nature.
- Must be professional, energetic and dependable.
- Flexible Schedule required (weekends are mandatory)
- An ability to speak in front of large groups is an asset
- Must be physically able to participate in some heavy lifting and manual labour
- Sales, Event and / or Marketing background an asset
