We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized **Marketing Manager** to lead and expand our marketing and sales efforts. If you're a strategic thinker with strong digital and brand marketing skills — and a proven ability to build and execute sales pipelines — we want to meet you.
**Role Overview**
As the **Marketing Manager**, you will take full ownership of our marketing strategy, execution, and results. Your initial focus will include:
- Strengthening **brand identity and positioning**:
- Overhauling and optimizing **websites** for branding, UX, and lead generation
- Leading **social media** content and engagement strategies
- Expanding our **sales funnel** and pipeline management processes
- **Developing quarterly and annual marketing strategies**, including campaign planning and budgeting
This role is ideal for someone with a balanced skill set in sales leadership, digital marketing, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Initial Focus Areas**
- Establish a clear and consistent **brand identity** across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee a full **website refresh**, ensuring functionality, optimized UX, SEO, and lead capture capabilities.
- Build and manage a strong **social media strategy** to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement a scalable **sales funnel** strategy to consistently drive conversions.
- Create and manage **quarterly and annual marketing strategies**, outlining campaign goals, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and budgets.
- Marketing campaigns designed to lead and expand sales of modular housing, multi family housing, pre engineered steel buildings, pre manufactured log structures, general civil and construction services and full turn key packages
**Marketing Leadership**
- Develop and execute comprehensive **sales strategies** to identify opportunities, improve close rates, and grow revenue.
- Analyze **market data, trends, and competitor positioning** to adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage and optimize the **sales pipeline**, working closely with the sales team to track and improve performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to set **marketing and sales KPIs**, report on results, and refine strategies for growth.
**Team Development & Collaboration**
- Build and mentor a **high-performing sales and marketing team**, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster strong internal collaboration across **product development, customer service, and executive teams** to ensure a unified approach to market engagement.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for campaign development and execution.
**Client & Market Engagement**
- Maintain and grow key **customer relationships**, proactively identifying additional business opportunities.
- Represent the company at **industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities**.
- Stay ahead of **market trends, competitor activities**, and new technologies to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business**, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum **5 years of experience in marketing**, including **leadership of teams** and development of integrated marketing plans.
- Deep understanding of **digital marketing**, including website development, campaign strategy, content creation, and social media.
- Strong ability to develop and manage **budgets**, track ROI, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in **CRM systems**, marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base salary**: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- **Performance-based bonus structure**(to be negotiated on results)
