**Production Team Member - OP 2 Corrugated / day shift**

- Hourly rate: $20.97
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 3h30pm (40 hours)
- 2 weeks vacation
- 3 personal days
- Additional days off during the Holidays

**YOUR ROLE**

According to production needs, the **Production Team Member** performs a variety of tasks to support the operators. This position requires good physical strength, dexterity with the ability to follow proper lifting and bending techniques while building pallets.
- Palletize finished product at end of machine
- Strap/Unitize product
- Strip scrap from boxes and foam sheets
- Bale scrap / Sweep/ Housekeeping/ Keep a clean safe working area
- Counting inventory
- Set up production equipment
- Operate production equipment
- Complete Quality Reports and other required documentation
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor

**YOUR PROFILE**
- High school diploma and experience in a similar role is an asset
- Must have basic computer skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Capacity to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with taking exact measurements with both metric and imperial system
- Technical capabilities to set up and operate production equipment
- Ability to support and adapt to pace of machine
- Exhibit safe work ethics is a must
- Have a positive, engaged contributor style attitude and communications
- Quick learner with technical aspects of work and with production equipment
- Organization skills, detail-oriented and quality-conscious

**Other requirements**

The position requires you to be physically fit to carry items while bending, walking and standing for an 8-hour shift. At times this is a physically demanding position. Some tasks may require bending, kneeling, reaching.
