In order to reinforce the Retail Team at Swatch Group Canada, SWATCH is currently searching for a:
**Retail Coordinator**

In this function, you are a member of the Retail Team and ensure the flow of communication and information within the sales team and the market on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Brand Manager and Retail Manager to strengthen Swatch’s market position through Business development, New Store Opening preparations, store management and performance monitoring.
- Follow up on renovation and new projects through retail net until physical opening

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support local Retail Managers in their mission
- Link between market and HQ: control and consolidation of local retail sales and strategies
- Ensure communication on Product, Retail, Marketing and Corporate strategy
- Monitor security and administrative systems.
- Manage ordering and inventory of packaging, uniform, supplies, etc
- New store opening preparation
- Provide analyses, retail statistics and sales and KPI reports
- Follow-up on corporate sell-out
- Collects POS reporting from market
- Ensure Product & Launch information distributed to stores

Professional, autonomous, proactive and responsible. This position will call upon your flexibility, dynamism, attention to detail and organisational skills. In addition, extraordinary communication skills will also be a great asset in liaising directly with people.

You bring a commerce degree with 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar position.

Team player, open minded and with high flexibility skills, you are motivated and capable to cope with various requests at once and to work in a fast moving, ever changing environment.

In addition, you are fluent in English, and knowledge of French is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- retail operations: 1 year (preferred)
- management assistant: 1 year (preferred)
