- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic math for transaction handling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
