**We are looking for a talented individual**

To join CLEAResult Canada as an Indigenous Community Energy Specialist to support both new residential construction projects and SaskPower’s Northern First Nations Home Retrofit Program. This impactful initiative provides qualifying participants with home energy assessments and energy-efficient upgrades, helping create healthier, more energy-efficient homes for First Nations communities.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure the successful delivery of programs in partnership with utility clients, community leaders, and local representatives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing technical and building science aspects of the program, such as conducting home energy assessments, reviewing energy-efficient products and technologies, and ensuring quality assurance and control (QA/QC) for installations and data collection. You’ll also manage program analytics and reporting to help meet key objectives and energy savings targets.

**Can be located anywhere in Saskatchewan. Must be willing to travel to remote northern communities.**

- Have the ability to analyze large data sets and present insights clearly and professionally to partners.
- Are capable of conducting home energy audits independently and effectively.
- Possess a solid understanding of standard building science principles to support energy efficiency initiatives.
- Have experience executing QA/QC protocols for field inspections and providing support to field staff.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in areas such as energy audits, installation of retrofit measures, construction design, energy advising, or building science.
- Post-secondary education or certifications in energy conservation, building sciences, engineering, or sustainability.
- Experience in client relationship management is an asset.
- Direct experience engaging with Indigenous communities, along with a strong understanding of their needs and perspectives.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to participating communities and meet with industry partners (approximately 20% travel required).

**Targeted Compensation**:
$30-$35/h

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
