**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and transactions
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of POS system
- Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs repetitively
- Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements, which must include weekends and evenings
- Ability to have reliable means of transportation to and from the store
- Previous pet store and/or personal pet experience is preferred
