We are currently recruiting a RIBO (Registered Insurance Bureau of Ontario) licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably 3 or more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and service of new and existing personal lines business
- Annually review renewals and remarket when applicable to support customer retention
- Report claims and follow-up with the client to ensure customer satisfaction
- Cross-sell and up-sell applicable coverages and seek referrals from clients
- Enter all transactions in company portals
- Keep up-to-date with company underwriting guidelines
- Other responsibilities, as assigned

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$75,000.00 per year
