**Steel & Oak x Trading Post Brewing**is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on **Brewery Logistics & Delivery Associate** to join our team. This role is a key part of how our beer gets from the brewery to our customers, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing physical work well and keeping things organized.

**About the Role**

This position combines local deliveries with warehouse and logistics work. It can be physically demanding and fast-paced at times, but ideal for someone who likes staying active, working independently, and keeping systems running smoothly.

You’ll be trusted to handle product carefully, represent the brewery professionally, and maintain an organized warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering beer to retail and hospitality partners in a company vehicle
- Loading, unloading, and securing product safely
- Picking, packing, and staging orders accurately
- Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse
- Assisting with inventory control and stock organization
- Using basic computer systems for inventory, deliveries, and communication (training provided)
- Communicating clearly with the brewery and sales team about logistics and stock needs

**What We’re Looking For**
- Comfortable with physical labour, including repetitive lifting
- Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things properly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

**Nice to have (but not required)**:

- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or beverage distribution
- Familiarity with craft beer
- Experience operating a forklift

**Compensation & Details**
- Wage: $23/hour
- Benefits: Comprehensive Health & Benefit program after 3 months employment
- Schedule: Full-time (weekday focused, details discussed during interview)
- Location: Based at our brewery in New Westminster; local delivery routes
