**STORE MANAGER**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, inspire, and coach a high performing team of Activewear Advisors.
- Drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure brand standards are upheld daily.
- Oversee all store operations, from inventory and visual merchandising to scheduling and staff development.
- Plan and execute community focused events, in store activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, delivering exceptional service and supporting team needs.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
- Foster a wellness-focused culture that reflects our brand’s mission and values.

**Who You Are**:

- A confident leader with retail management experience (activewear or lifestyle brand a plus).

**GESTIONNAIRE DE MAGASIN**

Es-tu un leader né qui s’épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur la communauté ? Tu adores les vêtements de sport, le fitness et créer des expériences client mémorables ? Nous cherchons un Gestionnaire de Magasin prêt à diriger avec intention, passion et performance.

**Ce que tu feras**:

- Diriger, inspirer et encadrer une équipe performante de Conseillers en Vêtements de Sport.
- Stimuler les ventes, bâtir des relations solides avec les clients et veiller au respect quotidien des normes de la marque.
- Superviser toutes les opérations du magasin : gestion des stocks, mise en marché visuelle, planification des horaires et développement de l’équipe.
- Planifier et exécuter des événements communautaires, des activations en magasin et des campagnes marketing.
- Être très présent sur le plancher de vente, offrir un service exceptionnel et soutenir les besoins de l’équipe.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer les résultats (KPI).
- Favoriser une culture axée sur le bien-être, en lien avec la mission et les valeurs de notre marque.

**Qui tu es**:

- Un leader confiant avec de l’expérience en gestion de commerce de détail (expérience dans les vêtements de sport ou de style de vie : un atout).
- Orienté vers les résultats, avec une solide compréhension des ventes, des opérations et du développement d’équipe.
- Organisé, adaptable et axé sur les solutions.
- Un excellent communicateur qui s’épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
