**Position Description**:
We are currently recruiting for full-time night shift Mixer.

Job duties include
- Weigh materials following specified formulas: _
- Load materials into mixer by hand_
- Use PLC controls to set water and oil additions_
- Use forklift to move materials_
- Test moisture content using moisture tester_

There are a variety of tasks and all employees will be cross trained over a period of months. Duties may also include, but are not limited to: operate automatic/manual hydraulic presses, high temperature furnaces, grinding systems, inspection and packaging of finished goods, spot welding and light assembly of heating appliances.

Qualifications: Apogee Ceramics is looking for dedicated individual who are ready to make a difference and who are not afraid to put in an honest day's work.

Some factory experience is preferred; we will train to our specific duties.

Experience with calipers and micrometers.

Good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills (written and oral).

This position requires the ability to lift over 50 lbs several times each shift.

Positive attitude and disposition.

*Must have independent transportation; there is no bus service in this area

**Salary**: From $21.55 per hour
