**Parking Lot Cleaner - Part-Time**

Superb Group Inc. is a team-oriented professional landscaping and hardscaping company based out of Guelph, servicing Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and more We are passionate about the service we provide and take pride in the projects we complete.

We offer a positive, safe, working environment and are looking for a part-time Parking Lot Cleaning team member in Kitchener.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Gather and remove litter/debris from all areas of the property in the **early** morning hours.
- Empty trash containers and replace trash bags accordingly.
- Clean surface areas of trash containers as needed.
- Sweep and wash parking lots/sidewalks as needed.
- Consistent maintenance of tools and equipment for optimal operation and safety.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- As necessary, accurately document (manually and/or electronically) site service records for each and every site visit including times, services performed, weather conditions etc. and submit accordingly.
- Must have your own vehicle and possess a drivers license.

- Someone who likes the outdoors and are not afraid of the hot summer sun or the cold winter winds.
- Someone who has great time management skills.
- Someone who owns a vehicle and possesses a **valid G Ontario Driver's License**.

NOTE: This position is outdoors with hours that will vary depending on the weather.

Salary negotiable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
