**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and manage abatement and demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Lead and mentor crews on-site, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, scheduling, and equipment management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the abatement and demolition industry.
- Proven leadership skills, with prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of abatement procedures, safety regulations, and demolition best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications in abatement and demolition are a plus.
