Responsibilities:

- Experience with wood framing, leveling floors, stand walls, hang doors
- Experience with concrete forming, placing and finishing
- Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and documents
- Experience operating mobile equipment (forklifts, bobcats, man lifts)
- Proficient in basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, to perform essential duties with minimum supervision, develop and cultivate productive relationships and work well with others and in a group
- Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job
- Solid attendance, punctual and possesses a strong work ethic
- Available to work longer days if required

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Carpenter certification
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to precise specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Available to travel occasionally where projects dictate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

**Hours of Work**: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or as projects dictate

Pay: $34.84-$38.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
