**Responsibilities**:
Safe Operation: Operate heavy trucks and construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Loading and Securing: Load and secure construction equipment onto trucks, ensuring compliance with load heights and restrictions to maintain safety during transport.
Route Planning: Plan and execute routes to construction sites, maximizing efficiency and adhering to project schedules.
Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and bills of lading.
Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Safety Focus: Prioritize safety at all times, demonstrating a commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication on job sites.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 Years Experience: Demonstrated experience in the construction industry, particularly in operating heavy trucks and floating construction equipment.
Clean Driving Record: Possess a clean AZ Driver's abstract with no major violations.
Safety Orientation: Commitment to safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo and operating construction equipment.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and supervisors.
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
