**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
- Perform quality control checks and maintain precision tolerances
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes
- Experience with Mastercam software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
