**Job Summary**
Join our dynamic construction team as a Contractor’s Helper, where your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will contribute to the successful completion of restorative projects across commercial and residential sites. In this role, you will assist by preparing work areas, handling tools and materials, and supporting the installation and upgrades of existing concrete. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable construction experience while working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will help ensure project efficiency and quality.
Fulltime to be considered upon training.
**Duties**
- Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining materials on construction sites.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up equipment according to project specifications.
- Handle hand tools, power tools, and polyurethane components safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support the use of construction power tools and ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial electrician work is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and schematics reading.
- Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in active environments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting contractor.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to restorative concrete and maintenance.
