**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Community College Certificate in Facility Maintenance
- Management of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and calculate material and equipment requirements
- Knowledge and experience using proper body mechanics to meet the physical requirements for the job including heavy lifting, bending, prolonged positioning, standing, walking, ladder climbing and overhead work
- Working knowledge of legislated safety requirements, codes and standards and regulations
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for inter-site travel
- May be assigned work at other NH sites
- Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), leadership, judgment, critical thinking, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision within a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be available for all shifts including weekends, vacation replacement, sick time and paid holidays
- Consistent and regular attendance required
- Proficiency in both official languages (English & French) will be considered an asset
