We’re located just outside Hubbards, only 1 minute off Exit 7 on Highway 103. That means an easy 30-minute commute from either Bayers Lake or Bridgewater.

**Competitive Pay & Shift Premiums**:

- Starting rate**:$22.12/hr**:

- After training: earn up to **$26.59/hr in your first year**:

- Up to **$33.24/hr by the end of your second year**:

- Night shift premium**:+ $1.35/hr**

**What You’ll Do**:
We’ll train you to work in a variety of roles across our manufacturing facility, such as:

- Operating and cleaning equipment
- Performing fire watch duties
- Sorting product
- General cleaning tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Willingness and ability to work different shifts (8-hour, 12-hour, days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Previous industrial experience is an asset
- Forklift and/or heavy equipment experience is an asset
- All applicants must successfully complete a background check prior to receiving an offer of employment._
