**Job Overview**:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by preparing, checking, and processing rental orders. You will be the bridge between our clients and our warehouse, ensuring that pickups and returns are accurate, efficient, and handled with care. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare rental orders and ensure accuracy before client pickup.
- Greet clients politely and professionally when they arrive for pickups or returns.
- Review paperwork with clients, noting missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Accept returns and verify all items match order sheets, documenting any issues.
- Organize daily pickup and return schedules and coordinate priorities with the warehouse team.
- Communicate clearly with the office regarding missing, late, or damaged inventory.
- Return items to proper storage areas and clean them if needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Help team members where needed and take initiative to solve problems before they escalate.
- Handle difficult or upset clients calmly and respectfully, always offering a professional attitude.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and warehouse efficiency, even during high-stress periods.
**Requirements**:
- **Bilingual (French/English)** - verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move event equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse work is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress during busy peak periods.

**Aperçu du poste**:
En tant que commis d’entrepôt, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes. Vous préparerez, vérifierez et traiterez les commandes de location. Vous serez l’intermédiaire entre les clients et l’entrepôt, en assurant des ramassages et retours efficaces, précis et bien documentés. Ce poste demande une grande attention aux détails, une attitude proactive et un excellent service à la clientèle.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Préparer les commandes de location et vérifier leur exactitude avant le ramassage par les clients.
- Accueillir les clients de manière polie et professionnelle lors des ramassages et retours.
- Réviser les documents avec les clients, en notant les items manquants, endommagés ou incorrects.
- Accepter les retours et vérifier que tous les items correspondent aux bons de commande.
- Organiser les horaires quotidiens de ramassages et de retours, et coordonner les priorités avec l’équipe d’entrepôt.
- Communiquer efficacement avec le bureau au sujet des items manquants, endommagés ou non retournés.
- Ranger les items à leur place désignée et les nettoyer si nécessaire.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé.
- Soutenir les membres de l’équipe au besoin et prendre l’initiative de résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
