About the Position:
The Customer Insights discipline powers data-informed decision-making across our business. As part of a new team, you will have the opportunity to build the future and steer direction across multi-faceted areas of our business. We believe that by understanding customer behaviors more intimately, we can drive towards furthering long-term loyalty with both our existing and new clients.

As part of the Customer Insights Team, you will be working closely with our Marketing department with close partnerships with our Analytics team. You will identify and execute on analytics opportunities to support the optimization of customer journeys to drive toward specific behaviors and outcomes. This role emphasizes using quantitative analysis - behavioral clustering, segment identification and optimization, foundational reporting and dashboards. Client Insight & Analysis

Manage and coordinate audience deployment across cross-functional activities to support client segments development

Support recommendations on KPI development and performance analytics to leverage advanced analytics and qualitative learnings from consumer experience outputs

Support post-mortems around customer management effectiveness and recommend enhancements to current strategies

Dashboards & Reporting

Support the development of one source of truth reporting

Maintain and iterate on dashboards based on business needs

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and analysis, flag data gaps and inconsistencies

Toolkit Enhancement

Support the development of the Consumer Insights roadmap including improve the efficacy of current tools

Develop innovative approaches that enhance analytics and tools

Support technology development of new conversations across internal products that add value to the consumer

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment
- A university degree with a technical discipline (Statistics, CS, Business, or related disciplines) or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience
- Can-do attitude, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Solid knowledge with SQL and Tableau, exposure to R, Python will be a plus
- Experience working with a CDP, ESP a strong asset
