- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on current mixology trends and introduce new menu items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

**Required Certifications**:

- Proserve
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Deal Us In - Phase 1

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in bartending or mixology.
- Knowledge of wine and beer pairings.
