Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Distribution Associate will act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, utilizing our own warehouse as well as 4PL services. The Distribution Associate will support the warehouse operations by providing timely and efficient service to all customer inquiries, as well as completing the following tasks:

- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order entry and vendor shipping/receiving
- Perform administrative, distribution and data entry tasks related to the movement of goods into and out of various warehouse dedicated partner facilities across North America
- Receive and process warehouse stock products as they arrive on. Place and log location accurately in warehouse database
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for customer audits
- Enter appropriate customer information into the computer system in an accurate manner
- Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating, problem solving
- Responsible for performing sales order, purchase order and warehouse transfer entries
- Processing receipts, inbound and outbound shipments, adjustments, and billing
- Scheduling inbound and outbound freight carriers

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and follow-up with strong organizational skills
- Some basic proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Experience in a 3PL, 4PL, and office, or warehouse environment an asset
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated individual who works well in a team environment and also able to flourish independently
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs or team lift up to 100lbs and have spatial awareness

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
