Lash Artist/Technician

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance clients' natural beauty
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate lash styles and enhancements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety standards
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in lash artistry
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including managing booking schedules effectively and efficiently
- Engage with clients through retail sales of lash aftercare products and other beauty services
- Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Communicate effectively with clients to address preferences, answer questions, and resolve concerns
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lash Artist/Technician (required)
- Valid CANS license (required)
- Strong knowledge of lash products, tools, and sanitation practices
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
- Passionate about beauty services and helping clients look and feel their best
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
