Loss Prevention Security Agent

Job Summary: Store Loss Prevention Security Agent will, prevent and minimize theft, and reduce shortages and fraud. Duties/Responsibilities: - Investigates sources of known losses. - Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages. - Investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity. - Make Lawful arrest "Theft Under". - Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation. Education and Experience: - High School Or College Diploma - One or more years of experience in various stores loss prevention, high profile retail and office security. Physical Requirements: - Walking in the store and setting at a desk and monitoring CCTV Monitors. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual Part-time hours: 30 per week **Salary**: From $18.00 per hour Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
