**Responsibilities**
- Prepares, cooks, and portions food in large volumes following recipes and safety standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and prep areas.
- Ensures freshness through proper rotation, labeling, and storage.
- Packages and stores products, supporting inventory tracking and stock levels.
- Drive company vehicle to deliver food and supplies to designated restaurant locations on schedule.
- Load and unload items safely and efficiently.
- Assists with kitchen closing duties and participates in team meetings for continuous improvement.
- Efficiently meets daily production targets without compromising quality, reporting issues promptly to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- With 1+ years in high-volume or food processing environments.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs and working in fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Team player with solid organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- High school diploma required; culinary degree and Food Safe Level 1 are assets.
- Valid work permit or legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
