As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the site super, project coordinator, and various trades & suppliers to ensure all units are ready for occupancy. The project is a 73-unit wood-frame apartment building that is nearing completion. Your duties will include:

- Closeout Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all activities to finish the construction of the building, including inspections and final approvals.
- Deficiency Resolution: Indentify and document outstanding work items within the units and common areas. Develop and execute a plan to address each item efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Review work as trades complete their work to ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

- French not required
