**Responsibilities**:

- Handle every customer with exceptional customer service.
- Selling extended warranties, insurances, GAP and other aftermarket products
- Conduct all sales in strict compliance with all OMVIC and industry regulations as well as provincial and federal laws
- Preparation of all documentation, contracts, and license registration
- Manage and maintain dealership processes and reports
- Maintain strong working relationships with bank and manufacturer representatives
- Maintain product knowledge, specific rebate programs, finance and incentive programs
- Plan and achieve sales growth targets and profit levels
- Other duties as required
- Automotive Financial Services / Business Office experience a definite asset
- One Eighty experience is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and great analytical skills
- Current OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Proficient with MS Office
- Positive and encouraging attitude
