Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you take pride in keeping buildings in top shape? We're looking for a **Building Operator (Maintenance)** to help maintain the day-to-day integrity of our facility.

In this part-time role, you'll focus on **general building upkeep**-from painting and patching walls to fixing doors and repairing fixtures. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks that keep the building safe, clean, and functional.

While the emphasis is on basic maintenance work, this position also provides **additional coverage for our Building Operators** and will **step into the full Building Operator role as needed**-supporting mechanical systems and assisting with operational duties during absences, peak times, or emergencies.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Valid **Fourth Class Engineer's Certificate**:

- Valid **Refrigeration Engineer's Certificate**:

- Minimum **2 years' experience** in building or facility maintenance
- Valid **Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence** with a safe driving record
- Acceptable **Criminal Record Check** upon offer of employment
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position

**Additional Details**

This position involves **shift work**, including **weekends**, and requires a combination of physical maintenance tasks and occasional support of building system operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a team committed to keeping the facility in excellent condition.
