Liquor Store Location - " 17th ave Liquor Boutique " Address - 519 17th ave s.w. ( Across the street from " One Night Stans Pub ) Store Phone # 403-918-2337 - Part Time position **working late night shifts until 2AM**weeknights, and weekends. - Comfortable working downtown dealing with allllllll sorts of patrons, good, bad and ugly and sometimes unicorns. - Must be able to handle a **VERY BUSYYYYYY - FAST PASED** environment. - Must be able to speak **FLUENT ENGLISH, SERIOUSLY.....FLUENT.**: - ** You Are Strongly Encouraged to visit store in the afternoon's and introduce yourself to the store manager.**_ **Job Overview** **Responsibilities** - Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their performance and develop their skills. - Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. - Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. - Maintain an organized and efficient store environment, including cleanliness and product presentation. - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes. - Collaborate with the store manager on staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team meetings. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; previous management experience is a plus. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. - Proficient in technology sales; familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. - Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.
