We require an IT support technician to join our growing team. This position will involve helpdesk work, data center work, remote support, and on-site support.

This position is located in Mississauga, Ontario. You will be required to visit client’s onsite through-out the GTA

** MUST HAVE ***
- VERY Strong knowledge of IP networking
- Active Directory, User permissions, Shared folders
- Remote Desktop
- Common Ports
- Basic wireless network knowledge
- G drivers license IS A MUST. NOT G2.

** Nice to haves**
- VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- MCSE/MCSA/CCNP
- Knowledge of VoIP

You will need to learn in a fast paced environment. You will have to understand the way we do things, and some of the newer technologies you may not have been exposed to before. With the required skills above, you should a solid base to build on and pickup things quickly.

More about this position:
This position is based out of our Mississauga office.
Remote troubleshooting will always be used as a first method to resolve issues.

You MUST have an excellent command of the English language. You must be able to understand customer questions and deliver answers in a non-technical language to the end user.

Payment and Pay Rate The pay rate to start this position is $18-$20/hour. Review after 3 months. This is a service driven industry and customer service is at the front.

We are willing to pay on payroll BUT prefer someone incorporated only if you have a valid HST number.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
