Business Development Associate

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Conduct inside sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to market products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Focus on technology sales and telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to cater to a diverse customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Knowledge of immigration sales techniques and telemarketing strategies
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Toronto, ON M9C 5L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
