**Part-Time Installer - Custom Window Coverings**:

- Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) | Must be able to travel throughout the GTA and other parts of Ontario _

**Job Type**: Part-Time
**Pay**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Lifeshades is a trusted provider of custom window treatments, specializing in premium manual and motorized shading systems. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Installer** to join our team. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who values quality workmanship, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys working in modern residential and commercial spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of custom window coverings, including shades, blinds, drapery tracks, and motorized systems
- Conduct on-site measurements and ensure all products are properly fitted and aligned
- Safely operate hand tools, ladders, and other installation equipment
- stay uptown date with safety trainings as required
- Be able to work on construction sites to help rough in Low voltage wires, CAT6
- Maintain clean and respectful conduct at job sites and in client homes
- Collaborate with the office and logistics team to coordinate project timelines
- Use a company vehicle to travel between our shop and project locations

**Requirements**:

- Installation, finish carpentry, or related experience (window covering installation is an asset but not required)
- Comfortable handling tools, working on ladders, and performing physical tasks involving lifting and setup
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client-facing settings
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Ability to travel across the SW Ontario, GTA & other parts of Ontario
- Must be able to report to our shop at the beginning of each shift
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

**What We Offer**
- Hourly pay: $18.00-$20.00 based on experience
- Flexible, part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week)
- Paid travel from shop to job sites (company van provided)

Pay: $17.87-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
