**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed
- Process payments accurately through cashiering duties
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience in a food service role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated
- Familiarity with sanitation standards in the food industry is essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
