**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms for procedures, ensuring all necessary tools are available and sterile.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
- Stay updated on best practices in sterilization techniques and infection control measures.
- Support the front office as needed, utilizing knowledge of Epic, Dentrix, and CAD systems when applicable.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician or in a similar role within a dental or medical setting is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in dental assisting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
