We are looking for a Window & Door Installer to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking and dependable person. You will install or waterproof windows in both residential and commercial buildings.

**Job Duties**:

- Install European style windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings, using hand and power tools;
- Repair and service installed products;
- Ensure that tools and work-related equipment are kept in good working order;
- Clean and prepare work areas to eliminate any possible hazard;
- Adhere to work safety policies;
- Measuring and cutting materials to size
- Installing membrane and other waterproofing materials
- Backer rod and caulking windows to seal them
- Operating boom lifts and forklifts is a plus
- Reviewing shop drawings to determine construction requirements
- Reporting correct information to foreman or project coordinators

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Proven experience in windows and doors installation
- Strong technical knowledge of various window and door types, installation methods, and building codes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing unexpected challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle on-site issues effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
- Being able to work out of town is a plus but not a requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
