**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the academic, spiritual, and cultural development of the school in alignment with Sikh values.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development of the school’s strategic goals and educational programs.
- Manage, mentor, and support teachers and staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes respect, inclusivity, and student engagement.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with Ontario education standards.
- Ensure compliance with educational laws, school policies, and safety regulations.
- Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to build strong partnerships.
- Develop and manage the school budget, ensuring responsible use of resources.
- Lead school improvement initiatives and monitor the progress of student achievement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership(a Master’s degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a school environment.
- Strong understanding of Ontario’s education system, curriculum, and policies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Punjabi and English.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider community.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $62,235.00-$68,424.00 per year
