Chateau Victoria is looking for enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping team. With newly renovated traditional rooms, and currently undergoing some refreshes to our one-bedroom suites, you'll enjoy working in our modern and fresh rooms and get to work with a great team.

Come and join our experienced team at Chateau Victoria as our ambassador for customer service and cleanliness. This vital and rewarding position ensures complete and efficient preparation of our guest rooms and suites. Ensuring all cleaning protocols are managed effectively.

**Hours are based upon hotel business volumes and your availability for work. Our team typically work 7 hours shifts, commencing at 8am or 8:30am until 3:30pm or 4pm.**

**Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms.
- Organizing and stocking cleaning cart.
- Maintaining proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reporting necessary maintenance items for repair to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Following all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Requires good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organization, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
- Ability to work independently and respond well to direction.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Customer Service an asset.

**This Position has physical requirements**:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Be able to push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill projects that need to be completed for daily operations.
