**WORK SCHEDULE**:Regular, Full-Time, Days

**Overview**

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and well-organized cabinet maker to join the RFP DESIGN, GROUP Team. Reporting to the Manager of Wood working, the cabinet maker will maintain production schedules in order to ensure that all company goals are achieved and deadlines are met for multiple facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years hands-on, experience and working knowledge of millwork

processes and materials (ie. sheet goods and hardware).
- Must have technical mindset.
- Project management is required.
- Cabinet Vision software experience preferred. Will train if needed.
- Blueprint and shop drawings reading skills required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Must have time management skills, with attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- assemble, produce and maintain project schedules
- work and mentor team members on new skills and best practices
- keep a neat and tidy work area
- Partner with the production department to determine best practices for

the completion of a project.
- Examine drawings for conformity and errors.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of project assignments while

meeting cost targets.
- Record received materials and allocate to projects.
- Maintain inventory of stock materials.
- any other tasks as requested

**Salary**: From $30-40$ / hour based on level of responsibilities and skill
