We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations Team. We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

Who you are:
What you’ll be doing:- Build strong partnerships with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring partners to cultivate a collaborative approach to recruitment.- Manage background checks, contingent workers and pre-boarding process.- Work closely with Onboarding, IT, and Payroll to ensure new Clions have a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience.- Communicate internal hiring needs and work with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate the internal hiring process.- Resolve Talent Acquisition queries submitted by employees to the People team via our ticketing platform.- Provide logístical, tactical and coordination support for hiring events (virtual and in-person).- Identify challenges, find creative solutions, and continuously improve internal processes.- Regularly audit and update the coordination playbook to ensure it is clear and easy to use.- Help develop and improve back-end recruitment processes: maintaining data integrity of our ATS (Workday) and hiring tracking tools.- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity. We hire according to our values- Other duties as required.

What you may bring:
- Experience in people & culture, office administration or interview coordination within a fast paced corporate office environment.- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organization skills.- Agility with the comfort to adapt and pivot regularly.- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to develop trust.- Comfort with new technologies and tools.

Bonus points if you have:
- Worked in tech.- Experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Slack, Confluence & Google Suite.

The full salary range* for this role is $62,100 to $73,100 to $84,100 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.
