**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular quality inspections on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers to assess product specifications and tolerances.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with QA/QC practices and standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficient in using measurement tools, including calipers and gauges.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.94-$22.73 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
