Cleaner Supervisor

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within designated timeframes.
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Night shift
