**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate scrapers and other heavy equipment machinery for various construction tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with scrapers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including lifting.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site.

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (required)
