**Duties**:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of remediation projects
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the scope of work
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teamsJob Duties include, mould remediation training in Northern Communities. This job requires travel to remote communities within Nunavut Canada. Must be physically fit and able to lift 30 to 50 pounds. Asbestos Abatement Govt. issued certification preferred. Able to work for long periods of time out of town.
- Arctic Response to supply accommodation's and daily per diems.
- Must be Knowledgeable on computers word, and Excel.

**Salary**: $74,723.00-$91,328.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $72,699.67-$93,879.17 per year
