**Job Summary**:
The Chemical Blender is responsible for safely measuring, mixing, and blending materials to create quality products according to company procedures. This is a hands-on role for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment who enjoys working with a team, pays attention to detail, and follows safety procedures carefully. The Chemical Blender reports to the Production Supervisor and will also assist with general production and packaging duties as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Primary Duties (Chemical Blending)**:

- Measure and mix raw materials following written instructions and safety guidelines.
- Safely operate basic blending and mixing equipment.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and batches produced.
- Monitor product quality during blending and make adjustments as necessary.
- Follow all company, provincial, and federal safety and quality regulations.
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Report any safety concerns, spills, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor immediately.

**Additional Production Duties**:

- Assist with bottling, capping, labeling, boxing, taping, wrapping, palletizing, and storage of skids.
- Work with other team members to complete production and packaging goals.
- Support other production tasks as requested by the Production Supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse role (experience with mixing, blending, or handling chemicals is an asset).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, climbing).
- Willingness to learn about chemical safety, WHMIS, and proper handling of materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
