Love the outdoors? Thrive in leadership? Oakridge Landscape Contractors is on the lookout for an energetic and experienced **Grounds Superintendent** to lead year-round property maintenance operations for high-profile commercial sites.

**About the Role**:
As our Grounds Superintendent, you’ll be out and about - keeping sites pristine, crews productive, and clients impressed. You’ll work closely with contractors, tenants, and property managers while leading a team that takes pride in their work. Your mission? Make every property shine, all year long.

**What You’ll Get**:

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Keep commercial properties clean, safe, and stunning - from softscape to hardscape.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and crews.
- Lead and support maintenance staff to meet Oakridge standards.
- Submit daily and monthly site reports.
- Identify hazards, spot empty units, and report site issues.

**And in the Winter**:

- You’ll manage snow removal operations - a key part of our business. It’s a fast-paced, 24/7 on-call responsibility where your organization and leadership shine.

**What You Bring**:

- 5-10 years of experience in property or grounds management.
- Background in Horticulture, Landscape Construction, or Applied Tech. (a plus)
- A valid driver's license and clean abstract.
- Great judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with confidence.
- Tech-savvy with basic Excel skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Familiarity with HVAC, general trades, and emergency systems.
- Knowledge of site-specific items. (fire hydrants, catch basins, utility rooms, etc.).
- Ability to handle anything from alarm codes to tenant complaints like a pro
