Dishwasher/kitchen Helper

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation by washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients as directed by chefs or cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe cooking environment.
- Help with cooking tasks as needed, including grilling, frying, or baking under supervision.
- Support serving staff during meal service by preparing plates or assisting with food delivery.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in regular cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent cleaning skills with a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- A passion for food service and hospitality with a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
