**What you’ll do**:
Supporting the portfolio of the Community Granting Programs team, the Jumpstart Program Operations Student will be required to conduct research, perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement:
- Research, analysis and provide recommendations for process improvement
- Lead projects to support the current and future state of the charity
- Support the maintenance of an inbox for parent/grantee inquires
- Help Operations and Program team maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver additional administrative support as required across the charity
**What you bring**:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
- Background in sport & recreation is an asset
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong executional and time management skills
- Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements, in a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work i ndependent ly, be a team player, and demonstrate highly developed interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism an asset
